MANNFIX offer a complete inventory clerk service for both long and short term rentals at an extremely competitive price. If you are absent from the Island or don't have the time, and have property or properties for long or short term lets; MANNFIX can supply "meet and greet", check the inventory with the tenant / holidaymaker, make sure everything is in working order from  light bulbs to a boiler prior to the tenant arriving and thereby avoiding what could be a costly call out. MANNFIX also ensure both the pre and post let cleaning are carried out to an extremely high standard as well as laundering of all linen used.

The Inventory

The report provides a complete review of all fixtures, fittings and decor of the property and is completed in detail, methodically, from the front entrance through to each room. 
A high resolution digital photo of each room provides a quick overview with additional images highlighting items of value, interest and damage. The report will be sent within 48hrs of completion and includes all photographic evidence. This will be provided as a hard copy document.

Check-in

A Check-in report combined with an inventory creates a report specific to a tenancy. The check in examines the property on the day that the agreement begins, noting the condition of the furniture and fittings. Meter readings are noted and a photograph is taken to guarantee accuracy. The new tenants can sign for keys. The Check in provides a schedule of condition of the property and sets the  standard at which the property should be maintained, and returned to at the end of the tenancy.

Check-out

Using the check-out service ensures continuity of the properties' condition and will speed up the turnaround between tenancies. The full inventory will be checked and photographic evidence will be produced for any changes. The same eye for detail will be used, meter readings taken and keys will be collected. 

Mid Term Inspection

A Midterm property inspection service can be provided in addition to the check-in and out service, either quarterly or mid way through the tenancy. These inspections establish how the property is being maintained on an ongoing basis and provides a more proactive approach to maintaining the standards within.

Prices listed are for furnished properties. For larger or unique properties, prices can be given on application.
